Website Hosting And Server Logs
This website is a static site hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you load the site, Vercel may process technical access data such as IP address, request time, requested URL, referrer, user agent, and response status to deliver the site securely and reliably.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure, stable, and efficient provision of this website. A transfer to the United States cannot be excluded. Vercel refers to appropriate transfer mechanisms for such transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Server-log retention depends on Vercel's technical provision of the hosting service. No external log drains are configured, and we do not intentionally include visitor personal data in application logs.
Contact By Email And GitHub
If you contact us by email or through GitHub Issues, GitHub Discussions, or a security report, we process the information you provide, such as your name, email address, GitHub username, message content, and technical details, to respond and to investigate and fix issues.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; where your message concerns a contractual or pre-contractual matter, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Please do not send provider credentials, OAuth tokens, cookies, or unredacted logs. Email for hello@tokenkick.dev is forwarded to a Nori Works mailbox handled by STRATO AG, Germany. GitHub Inc., USA, processes GitHub communications under its own terms. We keep support correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request.
Cookies, Analytics, And Device Storage
This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser's local or session storage. It uses no third-party analytics, tracking, advertising, third-party scripts, or embeds. Because nothing non-essential is stored on or read from your device, no consent banner is required.
Fonts And External Media
Fonts are self-hosted. Loading the active page does not require Google Fonts or another third-party font CDN.
GitHub Links
The website links to GitHub for source code, issues, and documentation. If you follow those links, GitHub processes data under its own privacy terms.
Recipients
Categories of recipients are our hosting provider Vercel Inc., our email provider STRATO AG, and GitHub Inc. when you use GitHub channels. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), and data portability (Art. 20). You have the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) under Art. 21 GDPR. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
About The TokenKick Software
The TokenKick CLI, daemon, TUI, MCP server, and beta Mac app run on your own machine and do not send your provider credentials, tokens, local provider homes, schedules, or logs to Nori Works. Optional notification integrations such as ntfy or Telegram transmit only the status messages you configure to the third-party service you choose, under that service's terms.
